"We'll get back within 2-3 business days"

I URGENTLY wanted to get a hold of an ICICI Bank Amazon Pay credit card last week to partake of some of the discounts that were on offer during the recent sale, so I went into my banking app and requested for one. They told me they would get back in "2-3 business days" by which time the sale would be over. Not helpful. So I went to the Amazon app and applied for one. Not only did they NOT charge me any joining fees (and 'promise' not to charge me any Annual fees), they created the virtual card instantly, so I could PAY for stuff that very instant, AND within the '2-3 business days' managed to ship me the card as well! Many companies talk about wanting to be #digitaldisruptors. Few actually are! Amazon Pay you've got a NEW fan for LIFE! ICICI you're good, but can get better! #Customerfeedback
