R.I.P Hatim Tyabji!
I got to know last evening that a man I genuinely looked up to both from a personal and professional POV, was no more.

It shocked me and I knew i wanted to pay my respects in some meaningful way.
Back in September last year, Hatim had agreed to appear as a guest on the pilot episode of hashtag#ChaiwiththeCEO - a concept i had been toying with for a while - to uncover the lighter side of CEO's get to know them a little bit deeper, beyond the boardroom and the show the more human face.
Also, due to budget constraints, I decided i would do the interview remotely.
I thought Hatim would be a perfect guest since he is widely credited with having invented "remote-working" way before the advent of the internet, and 10 years before the publishing of Thomas L Friedman's the World is Flat.
However, we ended up meeting at his suite in Bangalore and recording the interview.
I hope this little tribute video will do justice to the phenomenal person Hatim was. He continues to live in our hearts and inspire us to go above and beyond our limitations! He was truly one of a kind! May his soul rest in peace. Sending love and best wishes to Durria and his family from Mumbai,India.
