To be honest, i dont read that much. i am very slow and distracted.

But a FEW books have left indelible marks on me both from a professional and personal POV.

Here's a quick list of these. Highly suggest that you buy ONE or ALL if you like simpole, thought provoking literature mostly non-fiction.

  1. The seven day weekend by Ricardo Semler - Leadership turned upside down and inside out. Ricardo's approach to taking care of business is to let it take care of itself. Semco, his company has become a museum of sorts with people travelling there just to see what the fuss is all about. CLICK HERE to go to Amazon and buy your copy.

  2. The Ten faces of Innovation by Tom Kelly - is based on design thinking firm IDEO's approach to doing business with the customer placed front and centre,. It identifies the many different people who's skills are valuable to a firm and demonstrates how each one brings their own little Random Genius to the table. Trust me, you wont regret buying this one. Click here to buy from Amazon

  3. The Communication Book - 44 ideas for better conversations everyday by authors Mikael & Roman was gifted to me by my brother in law Varun Gonsalves who has a knack from picking up the right book at the right time. Its a great resource for teachers and learners of the art of communication. Click here to buy from Amazon.

  1. How to enjoy your life and your job by Dale Carnegie is a book thats evergreen. Wisdom for the ages by the maestro who did it all. This is one of my favourite books because it emphasises the need for work life balance as well as some very pragmatic advise on how to go about getting there. Click here to buy from Amazon

  1. The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett is a must have for anyone pursuing their dreams and needing a constant friend to guide them along. Steven's podcast (which spawned the book) is a world wide hit and is one of the top rated podcasts globally. In this book he pours his heart out on the complete spectrum of human existence and embellishes it with his own personal realisations that will enhance your quality of life. Be sure to add this to your collection on the bed side table. Click here to buy from Amazon.
